East Athletic Complex EAC Update

Our athletic sports complex is composed of one stadium soccer field, stadium bleachers with 1700 seating capacity, a press box with filming deck, and a state of the art lighting and sound system, along with four full sized practice fields, ten tennis courts and two softball diamonds.  Our girls and boys soccer and our boys tennis teams practice and host games and matches at our beautiful new facility.  The entire ICCL boys and girls youth 5^th -8^th grade soccer league play on our practice fields on Sundays in the fall.  Our girls' tennis & softball teams as well as our rugby teams will be using the facility in the spring.  The new complex meets or exceeds all I.H.S.A.A. standards and requirements, which means we can apply to host IHSAA tournament series games.  Hopefully that will come to futurity!  We strongly encourage all Knight fans to attend a game or match there.  You will be soooo impressed.  Nancy & Peter Baranay did an outstanding job as project chair people making this “dream” become a reality.   We can’t thank them enough for their wonderful gift!  Our hats off to them for their dedication and hard work in helping to make this complex a reality for all our Marian & ICCL athletes!!  Opportunities for donations are still needed.  Please contact our development office to see how you can become a part of this wonderful campaign.
