Sacramental and Prayer Life

Sacramental and Prayer Life
The Sacramental and prayer life of the Marian Community is essential to all that we do as a school community. Various opportunities are provided for students, faculty, and families to participate in the life of the Church. The Our Lady of Hope Chapel was renovated several years ago and provides a beautiful space for liturgy, prayer, and reflection.

Holy Mass
Mass is celebrated in the Chapel every Tuesday afternoon at 3:10 and Thursday mornings during Homeroom Hour. The entire Marian community comes together to celebrate Mass every month and on Holy Days of Obligation. Friends and family are welcome to join us for liturgy.

Reconciliation
Confession is available during homeroom and lunch hours throughout the year. Please check our Chapel Schedule for weekly updates. Additionally, there is a Penance service each semester at which the Sacrament is made available.

Eucharistic Adoration
The Blessed Sacrament is exposed for Adoration one day of each month. Students are encouraged to attend during lunches and their Theology classes. Faculty and staff also take advantage of this time to pray before the Eucharist.

Prayer Opportunities
The entire Marian community shares in prayer throughout the day, which includes morning prayer at the start of the day, the recitation of the Angelus and Grace before the lunch periods, and a closing prayer at the end of each day.
