Our Right to Life leaders will be leading a Rosary today after school.  All are welcome to participate!

Attentions Students:  All lunch accounts must be in the positive.  You can no longer charge items if you have a negative balance.  In addition, if you do have a negative balance it must be paid by this Friday.

Attention Art Club Members:  We will be meeting in Mrs. Gunty’s room 108 this Wednesday, March 29th.  We will be doing fun calligraphy and a shoe creation project.  Please remember to bring any type of shoes to the meeting.  All club officers must attend.

Attention Juniors and Seniors! Pre Sale Prom Tickets will be available THIS WEEK during lunch. Tickets cost $30 per person. After Spring break, tickets will be available for $35 per person. Don't miss out! Buy right away!   In addition, Prom permission slips for non-Marian guests are available this week, both in the attendance office and at ticket sales during your lunch hours.

Hey guys going to prom! Do you have your tux rented yet? If not, you're in luck! The Men's Warehouse Tux Tour is coming to Marian HS tomorrow, March 28th! Go to the main gym immediately after school to get fitted and rent your tux, have some free Chipotle, win some fun prizes, and even be in a drawing to get your tux for free! See Ms. Niespo for details or the signs around the school!

Attention Students:  Come shop for a FREE prom dress.  The Junior League of South Bend, Inc. and Ziker Cleaners are partnering together once again to host Princess for a Night. This event takes place at the Century Center in downtown South Bend this Saturday, Apr. 1st from 8:00am until noon. You are asked to arrive by 11:30 and please bring your student ID with you to the event.

We have a few more treats in the main office for anyone that helped with the auction.  Enjoy!

Attention Marian! 40 Days for Life is in full swing. Right to Life leaders will be leading a Rosary every Monday, a decade of the Rosary every Wednesday, and a Divine Mercy Chaplet every Friday after school at 3:10. Please join us in praying for respect for life, from the womb to the tomb!

Vincentian Club will be meeting during HR this Wednesday March 22nd in Miss Miklius room!

Attention Students looking for a job; Little Caesars in Granger is currently hiring!  Pay starts at $8.15 an hour.  Little Caesars District Manager personally called asking for Marian students to apply because he heard how awesome we are.  If you are interested, see Mrs. Kloska in School Counseling for the contact information.

Has the Blessed Virgin Mary been appearing to six teenagers in the small village of Medjugorje, in Croatia?  Thousands claim to not only to have experienced healings, but to have seen the sun dance there too.  What does the Catholic Church have to say about this?   Let Father Drew Curry, who has been there with youth groups, tell you.  Join us tonight at "Theology on Capp" to find out what messages the Lady has come to deliver to the earth.  It's going to be amazing!  See you there!

In bowling action yesterday afternoon Dylan Anderson had the high game with 189. Congratulations Dylan. Thanks to all the students who participated in the Marian bowling club this year. Hope to see you back next year!

Attention Seniors:  The Kelly Czarnecki Memorial Scholarship is now available to a graduating senior who plans to pursue a career in the medical field.  This is a $1000  scholarship awarded to two deserving seniors.  See School Counseling for an application.

The TARC Rocketry team is meeting in Ms. Randall's room today after school to build the rocket. Be there, even if you haven't been involved yet this year!  New members are always welcome.

Congratulations to the Marian Dance Team on another outstanding competition weekend! The team competed at the Westfield Invitational this weekend, the largest invitational in the state, and placed in the top 3 for both pom and jazz! The team will advance to the IHSDTA North Regional competition on February 25th.

This is an Important Announcement to ALL students who received a SCHOLASTIC ART AWARD this year!  ALL 2017 Scholastic Art Award winners are expected to attend the Scholastic ART AWARD ceremony THIS coming SUNDAY at 2:30 sharp in the Bendix Theater at the Century Center. Your winning art work will be professionally displayed in the Warner Gallery and YOU will be receiving an HONORABLE MENTION, SILVER KEY or GOLD KEY award during the Scholastic award ceremony!  Again ALL students who won a Scholastic art award are STRONGLY encouraged to attend the AWARDS CEREMONY this SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 5th  at 2:30 in the Bendix Theatre at the Century Center ! All families are welcome, free of charge!   If you have problems attending this Sunday,  Please see Mrs. Gunty, asap!

Attention All current freshmen interested in playing football next year: There will be a mandatory meeting today during homeroom. Check in with your homeroom teacher and then immediately go down to the football locker room.

Attention boys’ rugby team:  We will practice in the main gym today from 7:30-8:45pm.

Attention boys’ baseball:  We will have open gym tomorrow, Feb.2nd from 7:30 til 9:00pm. and Saturday, Feb. 4th from 2:00-4:00pm.
