Advantages for Education

Help Us Earn Free Education Equipment and Supplies!

We are participating in the Martin's Super Markets "Advantages for Education" program.  This program is designed to help us earn much needed educational equipment and supplies for our school.  We Need YOUR Help!  You do not have to save register tapes any longer!  Take this form to family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors for sign up, filling out their name and Martin's Advantage Card number.   Return it to our office.

If you registered with our school last year,  you do not need to reregister.  Every time you shop at Martin's, our school automatically earns credit.

If you don't have a Martin's Advantage Card, please contact the Customer Service Counter at any Martin's location.
