The Scrip Office tries to keep many vendors in stock. However, we cannot afford to stock everything. Please let us know if you need a large quantity of a particular certificate.

Do you own a Business and give gift certificates to your employees for birthday gifts? Why not use Scrip? You benefit and Marian does, too.

Just a reminder...Scrip credits are calculated annually from Scrip purchased from May 1 through April 30. You will receive your credit in May with your tuition bill.

What is Scrip?

Welcome to Scrip, a decade-old fundraising concept with roots in California and a large, national future. Scrip means "substitute money." When you purchase Scrip, you are purchasing negotiable gift certificates at full face value that are used just like cash. The concept is simple. Schools purchase gift certificates, or Scrip, from national and local retailers at a discount where many of you shop. These merchants want to support nonprofit organizations, and in return ask you to support them by shopping with Scrip at their stores. Marian splits the profit with the parents, 50 - 50. Parents may use the credit for tuition or their capital campaign pledge, and Marian applies its share toward the general operating budget.
