Celebrating Mr. Rosenbaum

 
Mr. Rosenbaum was blessed to be chosen as the 2018 Recipient of the Light of Learning Award for Marian High School. He is a fitting selection, as his reputation for dedication to Catholic education is well established and revered. Mr. Rosenbaum is a beloved faculty member who teaches German in the World Languages department.

About Mr. Rosenbaum
 
Mr. Rosenbaum and his wife Kathryn live in Plymouth, Indiana. He grew up in LaCrosse, Indiana, and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in German and French from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master’s from Middlebury College in Vermont.
 
Mr. Rosenbaum taught for 35 years at Crown Point High School and has been teaching in the World Language Department at Marian for three years. He teaches German I, II, III, and Honors AP German IV. He is the moderator of the German Club which is active throughout the school year. For two years he has arranged for students to visit German-speaking countries during the summer months to learn the language by immersion.
